<p>You can upload patient data from their Medtronic CGM device via any available Medtronic diabetes management system.</p>

Upload and export data via CareLink
<ol class="rteindent1"><li><p>To upload data, you can do it by following the on-screen instructions on either:<br>- CareLink System, a cloud-based web solution<br>- CareLink Pro software</p><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>Patients upload their data to CareLink Personal.</p></div></li><li><p>To export data, go to <strong>Reports</strong> and then click <strong>Data export (CSV)</strong> (both in CareLink System and CareLink Personal), or <strong>Export data</strong> (in CareLink Pro).</p><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>You can export data for a specific period of time.</p></div></li></ol> -
Import data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform
<div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>Data import from this CGM device is only available using the Device Link software on Windows. To install it, follow this <a href="/professionals-upload-patients-data/how-install-device-link-software-upload-patient-data">article</a>. Once installed, the RDCP Device Link folder will appear on your desktop.</p></div><ol class="rteindent1"><li>Move the exported files to the RDCP Device Link folder on your desktop. Then, the SINOVO Connection Center should automatically open.<br>If the file is not automatically detected, select it manually. Browse the source file, click <strong>Open</strong>, and then <strong>Import</strong>. This will start importing the data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform.<br><img class="img-fluid" alt="Browse source file" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/225_02.png"><br><img class="img-fluid" alt="Select import file" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/225_03.png"></li><li>To assign the device to the patient, click <strong>Confirm device assignment</strong>.</li><li>The upload may require two confirmations. This launches the SINOVO Connection Center, where you can manually select the device or data source.</p></div>
