Solution

<p>To install Web Device Link, first ensure that you have administrator rights on your computer. If that is the case:</p><ol><li>Sign in to your account in the RocheDiabetes Care Platform.</li><li>From the navigation bar, click on<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Upload data <span><img src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/pastedimage2.png" alt="imageicon"></span></li><li>Select<strong> Accu-Chek.</strong></li><li>Click <strong>Continue</strong> to starting Device Link and allow the page to load.</li><li>Then click <strong>Download</strong>.</li><li>Double-click on <img class="img-fluid" style="height:30px;" alt="setup_icon" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/setup_icon.png"><strong>Setup.exe.&nbsp;</strong></li><li>If necessary, select the installer language and click <strong>Next</strong>.</li><li>Then click <strong>Install</strong>.</li><li>Finally, click <strong>Done</strong> once the installation is complete.</li></ol>
