<p>To export data, you can do it either:</p><p>- From the Freestyle Libre software:</p><ol class="rteindent1"><li><p>Once installed on your computer, connect the device.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Device connection" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_01.png"></p></li><li><p>Click on <strong>Create reports</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Create reports" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_02.png"></p></li><li><p>Click <strong>File</strong> on the top left and select <strong>Export data</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Export data" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_03.png"></p></li><li><p>Select the folder named RDCP Device Link located on your desktop.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="RDCP Device Link folder" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_04.png"></p></li><li><p>Name the txt file (for example, with your patient’s name) and click <strong>Save</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Name the file" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_05.png"></p></li><li><p>The SINOVO Connection Center plugin will start importing the data.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Importing data" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_06.png"></p></li></ol><p>- From the LibreView portal, a cloud-based web solution:</p><ol class="rteindent1"><li><p>Select the patient from which you want to upload data. They should show as <strong>Connected</strong> under <strong>LibreView user status</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="LibreView user status" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_07.jpeg"></p></li><li><p>Click <strong>Profile</strong>, then <strong>Download glucose data</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Download glucose data" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_08.jpeg"></p></li><li><p>Select the checkbox from the pop-up window, and click <strong>Download</strong>.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Checkbox" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_09.jpeg"></p></li><li><p>Drag and drop the downloaded CSV file into the folder RDCP Device Link.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Move file to RDCP Device Link folder" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_101.jpeg"></p></li><li><p>The SINOVO Connection Center plugin will start importing the data.</p><p><img class="img-fluid" alt="Importing" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/226_111.png"></p></li></ol>

To install it, follow this <a href="/care/professionals/upload-patient-data/how-install-device-link-software-upload-patient-data">article</a>. Once installed, the RDCP Device Link folder will appear on your desktop.</p></div><ol class="rteindent1"><li>Move the exported files to the RDCP Device Link folder on your desktop. Then, the SINOVO Connection Center should automatically open.<br>If the file is not automatically detected, select it manually. Browse the source file, click <strong>Open</strong>, and then <strong>Import</strong>. This will start importing the data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform.<br><img class="img-fluid" alt="Browse source file" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/225_02.png"><br><img class="img-fluid" alt="Select import file" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/225_03.png"></li><li>To assign the device to the patient, click <strong>Confirm device assignment</strong>.</li><li>The upload may require two confirmations. To confirm the data upload, click the blinking Device Link icon from your taskbar, and click <strong>Next</strong>.</li></ol><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>&nbsp;To upload data manually, click on the system tray icon ⌃, right-click on the Device Link icon <img alt="Device Link icon" src="/sites/g/files/papvje391/files/support_articles/p19.png">, and click <strong>Manual upload - other devices</strong>. This launches the SINOVO Connection Center, where you can manually select the device or data source.</p></div>
