Why can’t I install the Device Link software and upload data

<p>I can’t install the Device Link software and upload data from a patient’s device.</p>

Solution

<p>If you can’t install the Device Link software and upload patient data to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform, it could be because a proxy server is modifying a certificate.
