How to deactivate a patient account
Issue
<p>I want to deactivate a patient account.</p>
Solution
<p>To remove a patient from the RocheDiabetes Care Platform:</p><ol><li><strong>Remove all devices associated with the patient.</strong> Before deactivating a patient account, all devices associated with this patient must be removed. Select a patient, click on <strong>Edit patient</strong> <span><img height="23" src="https://lh7-eu.googleusercontent.com/GBHnPZK8ZhHpAnIlF50FDwV63lI29FDkJG7hOo-BwAFNBs3yPwbf2WUQ6Nbxy3LMINkIEzGElptFzLFR2vc1TT-APvqDO4wtxsOPOGj6BwuwY8FkK50roaXLsyO9o7kSbRTt7Tv4JPSO8CPLUmyQxeE" width="20"></span> on the sidebar to open the patient settings menu, and select <strong>Devices</strong>.<br> </li><li><strong>Confirm the removal of a device.</strong> Select <strong>Remove</strong> under the column <strong>Actions</strong>, and click <strong>Accept</strong> to confirm the removal.<br> </li><li>Select <strong>Deactivate patient</strong>. State the reason for deactivating the patient and include comments.
