<p>To create an account for your patient and invite them to use mySugr®:</p><ol><li>Login to your RocheDiabetes Care Platform account and click on <strong>Create new patient.</strong></li><li>Fill in the form starting with the “Required information”.&nbsp;</li><li>Check the box: “Invite patient to use the mySugr app to collaborate on managing their diabetes”.&nbsp;</li><li>Type in your patient's email address, and click <strong>Continue</strong>.</li><li>You may also fill in the “Optional information”.</li><li>When ready, click <strong>Create patient.</strong></li></ol><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong> If your patient does not wish to share their data, you can create their account without providing an email address.
