It is recommended to leave this selected.</li><li><strong>Open connectivity: </strong>Enables patients to upload data from other supported devices (Windows only).</li><li><strong>mySugr® data sharing: </strong>Allows patients to share their diabetes data using the mySugr® mobile app.</li></ul></li><li><p>Enter your patient's details and click <strong>Next</strong>.</p><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="https://template-preprod.accu-chek.com/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>If using Home delivery, provide the patient’s home address.</p></div></li><li>Complete the patient’s health information and click <strong>Next</strong> to finish adding the patient.</li><li>The system confirms that the patient has been added.</li></ol><div class="article-notice-warning" role="alert"><p><button class="icon-close notice-icon" type="button"> <img src="https://template-preprod.accu-chek.com/modules/custom/roche_global_settings/templates/icon/Cross.svg" alt="notice close icon"> </button> <strong>Note:</strong>By default, the healthcare professional creating the patient profile will be designated as the patient’s “Associated professional”. However, you can use the drop-down arrow to select a different associated professional for the patient.</p></div>
